Applications awaiting assessment 

All applications that are awaiting assessment will be assessed from 14th April 2025. We will contact you once the assessment has been completed. Please note that due to the new system implementation there will be delays in Homechoice applications being assessed.

Section 106 applies. Priority to applicants with a local connection to the parish of Bodmin followed by applicants with a local connection to the County of Cornwall To qualify for a local connection you would need to have: a) Being permanently resident therein for a continuous period of at least 12 months immediately prior to advertising and that residence is of their own choice; or (b) being formerly permanent resident therein for a continuous period of five (5) years; or (c) having his or her place of permanent work (normally regarded as 16 hours per week and not including seasonal employment) therein immediately prior to advertising or; (d) having a connection through a close family member (normally mother father brother sister son or daughter) currently resident within the parish and has been so for a continuous period of at least 5 years immediately prior to advertising; or Please check your local connection before bidding. Applicants with a recent history of ASB substance abuse or violent offences will not be considered. This property will be let according to the Landlords own policy. 1 Bedroom flat ( max 2 occupants ) Gas central Heating Rent in advance will be charged according to circumstances.
