S106 applies - Primary Local connection required to Carn Brea in the first instance. If unfulfilled then a Secondary connection to Illogan, Lanner and Wendron or the towns of Cambourne and Redruth. Local connection criteria;

Currently live in the parish and have done for the last 3 years consecutively;

Previously lived in the parish for 5 years continuously;

Work in parish/town for a minimum of a 16 hours per week for the last 3 years not including seasonal work prior to Advertising or;

Have immediate family members that have lived in parish/town for 5 years.
