Regretfully, this property is unsuitable for pets therefore only assistance dogs would be permitted. One month rent in advance required prior to tenancy start date.

Please note there is a Section 106 local connection requirement to the Parishes of Launceston, Lawhitton, South Petherwin, St Thomas or St Stephens in one of the following ways;

1. Resident in the parish for the last three years or a continuous period of five years at some point in the past

2. Employed in the parish for the last three years and need to live closer to work

3. A close family connection in that your Mother, Father, Son or Daughter has been resident in the Parish for the last five years and where a caring dependency relationship can be established

Successful applicants will be required to complete Westwards application form, provide proof of local connection, send in documentation to do a financial assessment & references will be applied for before a formal offer will be made.
