Local connection to the County of Cornwall will apply, A local connection planning restriction is in place which seeks to ensure that the properties will be let to applicants with a local connection to the parish of Liskerd.

Strong local connection includes:

- being permanently resident therein for a continuous period of at least 3 years immediately prior to Advertising;

- being formerly permanently resident therein for a continuous period of five years;

- having his or her place of permanent work (normally regarded as 16 hours or more a week and not including seasonal employment) for a continuous period of at least 3 years immediately prior to Advertising;

- having a connection through a close family member (normally mother, father, brother, sister, son or daughter) where the family member is currently resident and has been so for a continuous period of at least five years immediately prior to advertising.

Rent amount is monthly and subject to a new valuation. 2 bedroom house max 4 people. This will be a monthly tenancy with the first months rent required in advance. This property benefits from being fully double glazed with gas c/heating. All lettings are subject to pre-tenancy assessments financial checks and references.
