S106 applies check your local connection before bidding. Local connection criteria applies. Applicants must have been permanently resident for 3 years prior to advertising or formerly resident for 5 years. Have permanent employment in the area of 16 or more hours a week for a continuous period of at least 3 years or have a close family member (parent sibling child) currently resident for a continuous period of 5 years prior to advertising. Preference will be given in the first instance to applicants with such a connection to the parish of St Breock followed by Egloshayle, Wadebridge, Withiel, Lanivet, St Issey or St Wenn. Finally applicants with a local connection to the county. Applicants with a recent history of ASB substance abuse or violent offences will not be considered. Weeks rent in advance required in all cases Property will be shortlisted according to the landlords lettings policy
